Jam Tart Baby collects personal information such as Contact information- Name, Home Mailing address, Phone,Product Preferences We will only use this information for the purposes of requested services and product information, ex: shipping details of order received. We will only collect information that is necessary to fulfill the purpose identified in this policy. We will not disclose personal information except for the identified purposes. We will not sell or rent personal information to anyone outside of our organization and we will only collect, use or disclose personal information in accordance with PIPA.

Idividuals may withdraw their consent at any time by giving Jam Tart Baby 30 days notice by mail or e-mail Christina@jamtartbaby.com. In the event an individual withdraws consent Jam Tart Baby will be unable to provide services or goods that require personal informtion. Our organization has security measures in place to prevent against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification. Idividuals have a right to access over their personal information under our custody control. Jam Tart Baby requires a request in writing and a office fee of $7.00 before access to information is given. We wil provide information within 30 buisness days after requested.
