Shipping Policy
Shipping:
Packages shipped within Canada will be shipped using xpresspost and will ship within five to six business days dependant upon availability of product. Many of the quilts on our site are made upon order and a normal expected turn around would be two to three weeks for delivery. An e-mail will be sent if any items ordered are on back order. Outside Canada and within North America packages will be shipped using Canada post. Shipping charges will be added at the time of purchase.
For priority shipping, contact through e-mail an arrangements will be made.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa and MasterCard purchases through a secure server checkout. We also accept major credit card purchases through PayPal an online payment method.

Exchange and Return Policy: We will exchange any unused items for any reason within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. An e-mail must be sent to customerservice@jamtartbaby.com for a return authorization number and the RA# number must be written on the package for return. You will receive a refund via the method paid and your return must be in new condition.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and Jam Tart Baby is not responsible for any lost returns.
You may also return your items for an exchange in merchandise.
